The Mother of The Lord in The Passion Narratives

Filmed at the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception in Kingston, Ontario. Fr. Thomas Rosica, C.S.B. lectures on the Biblical Perspectives on Mary, Mother of the Lord with special attention to the depiction of the Mother of the Saviour in “The Passion of the Christ” movie. The lecture presents and puts into context the various roles of Mary.

Also included is Mary’s Song sung by noted Canadian Catholic artists Critical Mass against a backdrop of international art and an interview with actress Maia Morgenstern (Mary in The Passion of the Christ) and Fr. Thomas Rosica.
