Fifty elite students were invited by their Catholic colleges to spend one unforgettable week to New York City. There, they would attend a Catholic social teaching seminar sponsored by the Path to Peace Foundation, which collaborates with the Permanent Observer Mission of the Holy See to the United Nations. Titled “Catholic Students and the Common Good: Building a Better World”, the May 2007 symposium allowed these young Catholics to converse with influential politicians, diplomats and clergy.
