As the Archdiocese of Edmonton bids farewell to the Shepherd who has been their spiritual leader since 1999, the Archdiocese of Toronto welcomes him zealously!

The Most Reverend Thomas Christopher Collins was installed as the Archbishop of Toronto on January 30th, 2007 at St. Michael’s Cathedral.

An estimated 1,000 guests gathered for the Mass of Installation, including Canada’s 3 Cardinals, 60 Canadian Bishops, 300 priests, deacons, women religious, inter-faith leaders, political representatives and Catholics from across the Archdiocese.
