Rudy DeSiato, Vice President, Outreach and Community Relations

Rudy DeSiato is presently Vice President of Business Practices of St. Joseph Corporation and Chair of The St. Joseph Family of Companies Foundation.
Rudy is a graduate in Graphic Arts Communication Management from Ryerson University and is accredited as a Certified Graphic Arts Executive by the National Association of Printers and Lithographers (NAPL) and by Printing Industries of America (PIA). He has undergone extensive training in management, sales, and business ethics and is currently a member of the Conference Board of Canada in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility. He has also received certification from Sheridan College as a teacher of adults.
Rudy has done extensive work throughout St. Joseph Corporation in raising associate morale and, thus, associate commitment by holding frequent “LUNCH and LEARN” sessions with associates company wide. He oversees the business ethics of St. Joseph Corporation and ensures an environment where mutual respect, human dignity, integrity, and high job commitment are encouraged and preserved.
Rudy serves as a member on the Administrative Board of the Redemptoris Mater Seminary and is former member of the Share Life Advisory Board.
Rudy and his wife Pina have three daughters (Tonia, Chrissy, & Michelle), one son-in-law (Robb Mann) and two grandsons (Matthew & Nathan Robbert).
